Pune's promising IM Akshayraj Kore has obtained his maiden GM norm in the Chennai International tournament recently.

Maharashtra teams secured 5th and 7th places in National

Maharashtra A team obtained 5th place in National Team Chess Championship held at Goa and Maharashtra B team obtained 7th place.
Both teams scored 12 points each.
