ENTRY FEES :  No Entry Fee for GMs, WGMs, IMs, IWMs, FMs and ELO rated players above 2400 and all National Reigning Champion.  50% Entry fee for Veterans above 60 years.

ENTRY FEE : 1) For Rated Players --  2201 to 2400 – Rs. 900/-, 2001 to 2200 – Rs.1000/-, 1801 to 2000 -- Rs.1100/-, 1601 to 1800 -- Rs.1200/-, Unrated Players -- Rs.1,600/- and For Vidarbha Players -- Rs. 1200/-           

Entries close on 20^th July, 2008 at 8.00 p.m.

Late  Fee Rs.300/- upto 26^th July, 2008 till 9.00 a.m. 

NO ENTRY WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER 9.00A.M. ON 26.07.2008

REMITTANCE : Entry Fee shall be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Vidarbha Chess Association, Nagpur on or before 20^th July, 2008 upto 8.00 p.m. on the address of Adv. A.A.Bade, Co-Ordinator, Vidarbha Chess Association, 24-B, Pandey Layout, Khamla Road, Nagpur – 440 025.  Fees once paid for Entry and Registration shall not be refunded.  Telephonic confirmation of entries are not accepted.

Lodging at Amdar Niwas, Civil Lines, Nagpur from 6.00 a.m. on 26.07.2008 onwards till 8.00 a.m. on 01.08.2008.  (No accommodation is guaranteed for entrants with Late Fee).

ELIGIBILITY: Every entrant must be AICF Registered player.  M.C.A. Registration for Maharashtra Players and V.C.A. Registration for Vidarbha Players is must.  If Registration Fee for A.I.C.F., M.C.A. and V.C.A. is already paid, the xerox copy of receipt or Identity Card should be enclosed.

Prizes in case of tie for the first place only will be shared.  However, Trophy would go to the top notcher on tie breaking.

Matches would be played in Swiss League of Eleven Rounds.
